Easy Revolution is founded on the principles that successful businesses thrive with both sound commercial focus and with high performing cultures.

Founding partner, Julian Read learned this whilst progressing from a career in finance through strategic business development roles to serving on Boards internationally within a FTSE 100 multinational group.

He realised that you cannot separate business from the people running it. That an integrated approach is needed and the development of people and their alignment with the goals and values of the business was critical to delivering sustainable results.
